This enables the trainer to apply various training methods such as workshops, teamwork, discussion groups, and other interactive training methods. To increase Trainees’ commitment and seriousness, they are evaluated in a daily basis and provided with constructive feedback. They are also evaluated at the end of every training program.

 Training Materials (Training Packages):

      Prime HR Training Center  regularly reviews and improves its training packages to be up-to-date with the best practice, theories, applications, case studies, and to ensure that they meet both the training needs of the trainees and the demand of the market. After the completion of every training program, the training package is evaluated by both the trainer and the trainees.     Prime HR Training Center  scientifically evaluates all elements of every training program it provides. The results are reviewed by a team of professionals to utilize strengths and overcome weaknesses. Evaluation is conducted for every training program as follows:

    Trainees (Participants) : Trainees are provided with an evaluation form after the completion of every training program to evaluate the trainer, training package, training materials, training room, and training center.

    Trainer : Trainers are provided with training forms to evaluate trainees, training package, and training center.

  Training Co-ordinator : Training coordinator is required to regularly evaluate training programs, training packages, trainers, and training services scientifically evaluates all elements of every training program it provides.
